Equipment
- Pot
- Spoon or spatula
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp apricot jam
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat your jam over low heat.
- Stir occasionally with a spatula to loosen the jam until it has reached your desired consistency*. Simply brush onto your desired bake with a pastry brush and see it shine!
Notes
*If your glaze appears too thick still, add about a teaspoon of water at a time to the pot while you stir, to help loosen and thin out the glaze
