There are few things more summery to me than a strawberry shortcake so this is a fun way to spice up your delivery by making them choux “cakes” instead! I used to live on the Upper West Side in New York City and just a few blocks from my apartment glowed a Milk Bar. To be honest, I had 0 expectations for this “cereal milk” ice cream. But I left astounded. I don’t know what it is but it just has the right balance of creamy, sweet, and a smidge salty, all wrapped up in a slightly nostalgic little bow. I knew I needed to attempt my own version of this recipe so here it is - and if I do say so myself (which I do) it is divine.

Does anyone else hear Michael Scott’s voice when you see “tiramisu”? You really can’t go wrong with homemade lady fingers (which are basically cookie air), fresh mascarpone whip, and all the juicy mixed berries. This omits the coffee completely - YAY - and makes it a perfect warm-weather treat.
