The perfect drink for cold winter days or when you just want a wellness-packed sip. This rooibos hibiscus tea is rich in antioxidants and naturally caffeine-free. Spiced with ginger, cinnamon, and vanilla for a cozy single-serve tea at home.

Equipment

  • Small pot
  • Measuring Spoons
  • Fine Mesh Strainer
  • Large Mug
  • Spoon

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp rooibos loose leaf
  • ½ tsp hibiscus loose leaf
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • Honey or maple syrup as desired

Instructions

  • In a small pot, add all of your ingredients except the honey/maple syrup. Place over high heat, stirring occasionally, until boiling
  • Once boiling, turn off the heat and cover the pot with a lid. Steep your tea for 5 minutes
  • Place a fine strainer over your mug, and strain your pink tea into it
  • Stir in any honey or maple syrup as desired and enjoy!
