- 1 tsp rooibos loose leaf
- ½ tsp hibiscus loose leaf
- 1 ½ cups water
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- ⅛ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- Honey or maple syrup as desired
In a small pot, add all of your ingredients except the honey/maple syrup. Place over high heat, stirring occasionally, until boiling
Once boiling, turn off the heat and cover the pot with a lid. Steep your tea for 5 minutes
Place a fine strainer over your mug, and strain your pink tea into it
Stir in any honey or maple syrup as desired and enjoy!
